Orders are only confirmed upon full payment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping within the Philippines and to select international regions. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Shipping delays due to weather, customs, or third-party carriers are beyond our control.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items in original condition. For full return policies and to initiate a return, visit our Returns Portal.

Exchanges are currently processed as store credit.

Shipping costs for returns may apply depending on your location.
