Your activewear and hoodie sets are designed to move with you, so care for them gently and they will continue to keep up with your everyday life.

Absolutely. If you’d like to send LAELO as a gift, simply enter the recipient’s name and address during checkout. You can also include a personalized note at no extra cost because gifting comfort should feel just as special as receiving it.
Once your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number. Shipping timelines vary depending on your location, but we do our best to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not liable for any delays or mishandling by third-party couriers.

All sales are considered final. Each LAELO piece is made and inspected with care to ensure the highest quality. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
If a return or replacement is approved due to a product issue, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases, shipping fees are non-refundable and you will have to cover for other shipping costs.
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. However, if your order qualifies for a replacement due to size or item concerns, our team will assist you in processing it as smoothly as possible.
