Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Laelo pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for items that are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- With original tags and packaging intact
To start a return, please email houseoflaelo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return safely reaches us.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem. We offer exchanges for the same item (subject to availability). If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit instead.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days (processing time may vary by your bank or payment provider). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
* For hygiene and quality reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
* Headbands and accessories
* Sale or discounted items
* Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover all shipping costs to replace or correct your order.
